How do I request a refund?
1- Go to your billing invoice, retrieve invoice number no.
2-send us the number via WhatsApp or e-mail and we’ll check your request, then refund you.
3-don’t forget, your refund will be processed within 7 days!
NB : Refunds are only available for products with a purchase date no more than 7 days at the time of the request.
